Everyone we dealt with... salesperson (Norma Jean), service (Joe and Maylon) and especially finance (Bart)... Everyone did an excellent job making our experience great, especially being out of state. Our post-sale experience has also been excellent. They've all been good to us, and we've been recommending them to all of our friends.

Very professional and friendly service. They had the parts in stock to fix our toilet. It would have been a difficult trip without a toilet!

While on the road we had our refrigerator stop working, with the need for an immediate repair we thought we would be waiting several days until we could get worked into a service schedule, both Malin (our service writer) and Vic (our service tech) went above and beyond normal service and worked us into their busy schedule by helping us in this difficult situation. Came into the dealership with an issue with my hitch and Noe and the boys took care of it by the time we were done with lunch. We are new to camping and they even took the time to explain everything to us. Really appreciate it !!!

Job well done and timely

My husband and I have been scouting out trailers for a couple months. We had an idea of what we wanted in a trailer, but were open to options. We have been looking at websites online to compare trailers. Indy RVs website was very functional and easy to maneuver. We had an idea of what style of trailers we wanted to check out. We arrived at Indy RV, and were greeted with smiles and hellos. They gave us the option to walk around the lot and check out trailers. We did not feel pressured to even purchase anything with them. They all worked as a team and helped each other out. I loved that we could call and talk to anyone. We werent subjected to one salesman. Even though they were slammed, they worked efficiently to get our trailer to us in a quick timely matter. I am very happy with our experience & would highly recommend Indy RV.

I am taking the time to write a 5 star rating report for this dealership. This has been a really good company to deal with. Made a trade on the way to Arizona and as expected with used merchandise there have been some minor issues. Shane and Cody have taken super good care of every issue that has arisen no excuses no fooling around no aggravation . I would travel from Wyoming again just to deal with this reputable dealer.
